Franco Management Enterprises has cleaned, maintained, and handled trash set-out for Manhattan buildings for years. Roughly eighteen buildings, nine clients, more than two hundred units. Every morning there are routes to cover, a DSNY window to hit, and a super, a board member, or a managing agent who will eventually ask whether something actually got done.

For a long time the honest answer was that we mostly knew, and could probably find a photo. That is not the same as proof. Violations arrived from agencies nobody was watching daily. Work that had been done well looked identical, on paper, to work that had been skipped.

CyntientOps came out of that gap. It was not designed in a conference room and then sold to operators. It was built against a real portfolio, in the field, and it still runs that portfolio every day. When something does not survive contact with a crew at seven in the morning, it does not stay in the product.

Being operators first also shapes what the software refuses to do. It does not treat workers as things to be tracked. It does not manufacture confidence it has not earned, which is why a photo only carries a TIME VERIFIED badge when the capture provenance is real. It assumes the people doing the work are the reason the record exists at all.
