The hero names the stop you are at right now. The BUILDING row opens the building sheet in one tap. A counter shows stops done of the total, so the shape of the day is a glance, not a scroll. Every function on the screen is at most three taps away.
Where documentation matters, the task does not close without it. That is the difference between a policy that asks for photos and a system that requires them.
A live clock pill sits on the dashboard the whole shift. A route across more than one building keeps one clock-in scoped to that shift's circuit instead of stopping to ask where you are, and a shift that runs past midnight keeps the service day it started on. Clock events are real records that feed timesheets and attendance, not a separate punch app to reconcile at payroll.
Persistence is local first, backed by an offline queue. A clock event and a completed task get the same guarantee: queued locally, retried automatically, and never double-counted once the phone reconnects.
A persistent action dock carries Message, Photo, Report, and More on every screen; Nova is one tap from the hero. Building context and access notes ride with the task itself.
The field app switches between English and Spanish with a saved preference for each worker. Route progress, weather context, clock status, task states, and core actions follow the selected language, so the next job stays readable where the work happens.

Photo-required tasks commit only in the capture callback. There is no way to mark that job done from the sidewalk two hours later. This protects the worker as much as the manager: the photo and its capture context are attached to that task, in the record, on the day it happened.
The software does not treat workers as things to be tracked. It assumes the people doing the work are the reason the record exists at all.
